CompliTraceAI provides a cloud-based compliance management platform designed for UK financial services firms. The platform includes AI-powered complaint analysis, Consumer Duty tracking, vulnerable customer management, policy management, workflow automation, and compliance reporting.
These Terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The platform is intended for legitimate compliance management purposes. You may not:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the agreed billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Starter features. No payment information is required during the trial period.
Pricing: Current pricing is available on our website. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Non-payment: If payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. After 14 days of unresolved non-payment, your account may be suspended. Data is retained for 6 months after cancellation.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. CompliTraceAI does not claim any ownership over your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
We use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our platform. We will never sell your data or use it for purposes outside of providing our service without your explicit consent.
AI-powered analysis features are provided as tools to assist compliance professionals. The output is not a substitute for professional regulatory judgement. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated analysis before acting on it. CompliTraceAI does not provide legal or regulatory advice.
We aim for 99.9% platform availability. Our target response time for support inquiries is within 4 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 GMT). Enterprise customers receive priority support with a 1-hour response target.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with at least 24 hours' notice. Emergency maintenance will be performed as needed with minimal disruption.
CompliTraceAI provides the platform "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: regulatory penalties, loss of data (we maintain backups), indirect or consequential losses, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and displayed on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
